Karkat x Female!Reader: Vantastic [REQUEST]

Muttering to yourself for what seems like the thousandth time you focus on the screen, watching the flickering forms of the main characters in some rom-com your best friend Karkat Vantas is forcing you to watch. You look over at Karkat to see him totally focused on the screen, his eyes wide and alert, his usual scowl thrown in the trash like some cheap toy that broke. You giggle at his expression but look back at the screen before he can yell at you to pay attention to the movie. Pulling the fluffy red blanket that you stole from Karkat up over your head so it's like your wearing a cloak you shift into a crouched position, glancing at Karkat again.

Heehee, he's probably gunna be so mad, good thing I can abscond before he yells at me you bite your lip to hold in a giggle and turn towards him slowly, making sure that he doesn't notice your movement.  You look at the screen to see the characters locked in a heated kiss, causing you to stop and cock your head in fascination. Usually you skip past these parts because they always bored you, but lately you've been fascinated. You've always wondered what it would be like to kiss someone like that, to have them love you so unconditionally. The scene ends and you shake your head to clear it of the mental fog of daydreams.

You giggle and spring suddenly, tackling Karkat over the arm of the couch, wrapping the blanket around him and giggling crazily. You hear a loud shout of protest at the sudden movement from Karkat and sit on him, trapping his arms against his sides.

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING NOOKSTAIN?"

You giggle and stop Karkat from thrashing. "I wanna try something, stay still!"

"NO GET OFF OF ME FUCKASS."

You giggle and ignore his command, placing one hand on his chest as you lean over him and run a finger up his nubby horn. Karkat shudders underneath you and you run your finger over the dull tip, drawing circles as you giggle. "So are these sorta like human nipples?"

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE NIPPLES?"

"It's hard to explain, but they're a really sensitive spot on humans." You climb off of Karkat and hop back on the couch "Thanks for letting me experiment~"

Karkat grumbles and sits back down, focusing on the movie again. You look at him to see his cheeks are flushed and the scowl is back. The blanket you had wrapped him in to keep him from throwing you off hung loosely around his shoulders, the corners bunched up in his fists. You turn your attention to the movie and day dream for a while, vaguely watching the movie. You blink after hearing an odd noise, and look over to see Karkat, red tears sliding down his cheeks. You d'awww in your head and look to see that the man in the movie is crying, holding a woman close to him, both of them covered in blood. You blink rapidly at the scene as you focus on the movie, tears coming to your eyes as you hear the man begging for the woman not to die, not to leave him. Tears cascade down your cheeks as you continue watching, actually watching the movie this time. The movie ends after the woman's funeral and you sniffle, still staring at the screen.

"HERE." You see a tissue flash in front of your face and take it, wiping your eyes and blowing your nose.

Karkat does the same and you look at him "Thank you Karkitty."

"QUIT WITH THE FUCKING NICKNAMES (NAME). GOG."

You giggle and stand up "Sorry Kitkat! Ill see you later okay?"

"YEAH YEAH." you giggle again and  head out the door of Karkats hive, heading for Sollux's, seeing as you two are roommates.

~Karkats POV~

I sighed when (name) left, and relax my tense muscles. I bury my face in my blanket and take a deep breath, breathing in the scent of (favorite fruit) and flowers.

~back to your POV~

You walk home without any trouble, and stop in front of the door to yours and Sollux's hive. You look for your key then remember you forgot it this morning when you left. You bang on the door twice and step back, waiting for Sollux to open the door.

"Who ii2 iit" Of course, leave it to Sollux to be a dick about opening the door.

"Who do you think it is? Open the door already I'm tired!"

"What2 the pa22word?"

"The password is 'Sollux I swear to gog I will break this door down if you do not open this door!'"

"Okay okay gog chiill your tiit2 woman." The door swings open revealing Sollux in bee pajamas. "You woke me up wiith all that noii2e."

You slide past him "Good, I meant to." You head towards your room after calling goodnight to Sollux and change into a black tank top and a pair of (f/c) short shorts, combing through your hair with your fingers.  You click off the light and stumble over to your bed, climbing under the covers and curling up with your (f/c) scale mate that Terezi gave you for your wriggling day. You fall into a dreamless sleep, rolling around fitfully like you usually do.

~Timeskip to the next morning~
You jolt up to a pounding on the door to the apartment, bewildered as to who would be here.

"Sollux?" You climb out of bed and pad out of your room, looking around. There's no answer so you assume he went to hang out with Aradia.

The banging gets louder so you quickly walk over to the door, pulling it open and leaning against it tiredly.
"Why the fu- Oh, hey Kitkat! What are you doin here?"Karkats mouth hangs open slightly and you giggle, tapping his chin. "It's not nice to gawk Kitkat."

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING AT SOLLUX'S? WHERE THE FUCK IS HE?"

You smile and pull him in "Well good morning to you too. Sollux isn't here, and as to why I'm here it should be obvious."

Karkat frowns "OBVIOUS? SO ARE YOU TWO MATESPRITS OR SOMETHING?"

You laugh and shake your head "No, I live with Sollux, he's like an older brother to me."

You see Karkat relax visibly "OH."

"So did you need something from Sollux?"

"YEAH, I NEED TO TALK TO HIM, LIKE RIGHT FUCKING NOW."

You yawn "Well he isn't here, you could stay here until he gets back if you want. Unless you have somewhere else to be that is." Your head swims with questions but you don't bother asking, he most likely won't answer anyways.

"I CAN STAY I GUESS, NOT LIKE I HAVE A LIFE OR ANYTHING."

You laugh "Great me neither, I wanna introduce you to a movie, ever heard of Titanic?"

"FUCK NO WHAT IS THAT? SOUNDS LIKE A PIECE OF SHIT SOME ASSHAT THREW UP AND DECIDED TO CALL A MOVIE."

You grin "Great!" You start heading towards your room and Karkat stands there, looking around. "Well come on!"

"RIGHT." Karkat follows you into your room where a large flat screen sits in front of your bed. You turn the tv on and grab the DVD remote, plopping down on the bed. You pat the space next to you and Karkat sits down, grumbling. You lay on your stomach as the movie starts and pull a blanket over your legs to keep away the chill.

For the next few hours you and Karkat enjoy Titanic. Karkat leans against your side without knowing it, his legs stretching in front of him. You rest your head on his thigh as the movie goes on and your eyes droop shut, you're exhausted. You didn't actually get that much sleep last night, too many thoughts spinning through your head. You fall asleep after not too long, your hands curled into fists.

~Karkats POV~
This movie was actually pretty fucking good, as far as human movies go. I feel a pressure on my leg and look down to see that (name) had fallen asleep, her head resting on my thigh. should I wake her up? Better not, she looked tired. I place a hand on top of her head and stroke her (h/l) (h/c) hair, reveling at how soft it felt. I finished the movie after crying my eyes out when the boat sinks and lay back on the bed, closing my eyes. (Name) moved, her head now resting on my chest, her fingers curling in my sweater. "Ah fuck..." I mutter for a while but hesitantly wrap my arms around her waist, almost succumbing to sleep myself. This was like one of those rom-coms I watched, causing me to flush a bright red. I think back to yesterday when (name) was stroking my horns and a shiver runs up my spine.

I was sitting in the couch when suddenly I'm tackled over the fucking arm of the couch. (name) was sitting on my waist, having wrapped a blanket around me so I couldn't move. She's giggling, a smile lighting up her face as she looks down at me.

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING NOOKSTAIN?"

(Name) giggled and stopped me from thrashing. "I wanna try something, stay still!"

"NO GET OFF OF ME FUCKASS."

She giggled and ignored my command, placing one hand on my chest as she leaned into me and ran a finger up my horn. I shuddered underneath her and supressed a moan of pleasure, fighting the urge to start purring. She ran her finger over the dull tip, drawing circles as she giggled. Gog she doesn't know how much that turned me on, her rubbing my horns while giggling adorably.

My face flushed even more and I growled angrily, I had to tell her about my flush crush on her soon, but I had no clue how! Ah fuck it, I'll just tell her when I wake up.I fell asleep soon after that thought, pulling the blanket over me and (name).

~back to your POV~
You wake up disoriented, feeling arms wrapped tightly around your waist, your head resting on someone's chest, your legs intertwined with theirs. who the fuck... Oh right, it's Karkat, he was watching Titanic with you when you fell asleep. Wait, Karkat?!

You look up at Karkat, his face peaceful while he sleeps. You feel vibrations throughout your body wherever you touch Karkat, and realize he's purring in his sleep. You giggle, he's so adorable, like a kitten asleep on your lap while you watch tv.

You look at Karkat more and think about your crush on him. It definitely wasnt some innocent schoolgirl crush, it was a full on 'head over heels I'm in love with you' crush. How the hell were you going to tell him? Suddenly an idea pops into your head and you grin, untangling yourself from him gently so you don't wake him up.

You sit up and swing your leg over Karkat, sitting so you're straddling his hips. You place your hands on either side of his head and lean over him, your lips inches from his.  Your warm breath blows over his lips and he wiggles slightly in his sleep.

"Karkat.." You slowly press your lips to his, pressing against his slightly chapped lips softly. Karkats eyes fly open suddenly, widening and gazing at you with an emotion you can't place. You pull away slightly thinking he's going to scold you but Karkat leans up and smashes his lips to yours, his hands sliding up your back to press you against him as he kisses you passionately. You run your fingers through his raven hair, barely missing his horns as he licks your lower lip, asking for entrance which you eagerly grant him. Your lips part and his tongue slips into your mouth, exploring every crevice, leaving no place unknown. You slide your fingers through his hair and rub up against his horns, causing his back to arch slightly as he moans against your mouth, his chest pressing against yours. You two pull away for some much needed air, panting as you stare at each other, your (e/c) eyes locking on his charcoal grey ones.

"Karkat... I'm flushed for you.." Karkats eyes widen and he pulls you into another kiss without words, his tongue snaking into your mouth. One hand tangles in your hair, the other on your back, pressing you to his chest. You moan against his mouth and rub his horns, causing him to purr loudly and flip you two over, grinding against you roughly. You grip his horns tightly as he grinds on you and let out a whine as he stops, pressing kisses across your jaw and down your neck, looking for your sweet spot. "A-ah Karkat.." He finds it and nibbles on it lightly, causing you to moan and arch your neck to the side, allowing him more access. He sucks on the spot, leaving a red mark that will fade easily. He trails kisses up your neck and across your jaw, pressing soft, light, kisses to your lips over and over again.

He pulls away and rests his forehead against yours, his eyes half lidded, a bright red blush prominent across his cheeks. "IM FLUSHED FOR YOU TOO.."

You smile and bury your fingers in his hair,  pulling him down on top of you, pressing kisses onto his neck as he purrs. You nibble on one spot and his purring gets louder, his neck stretching to the side as a moan escapes his throat. You giggle against his neck and he rolls onto his back, his eyes closing as he pulls you with him.

"MATESPRITS..?"

You go back to straddling his hips and press your hands to his chest. You grind against him, trying to make him cry out in pleasure. It works almost too well, and for as loud as he cries out you're glad Sollux isn't here. You place more kisses on his neck lightly, then press your lips to his. "Definitely..." He wraps his arms around your waist and purrs happily. You rest your head in the crook of his neck and breathe in his scent, he smells like strawberries and candy.

He kisses your forehead and you sit up slightly to look down at him. His cheeks are flushed but he has a faint smile on his face, his eyes watching you. "You smell good."

Karkat flashes a smile and pulls you down, burying his face in the crook of your neck as he places light kisses on your neck, stopping on your sweet spot. You arch your neck and his teeth graze your skin lightly as he places one last kiss. He smiles against your neck and you feel his breath tickle your ear as he whispers. "I'm Vantastic."

You giggle at the name pun and nod. "I agree.."

You and Karkat go back to sleep, cuddling against each other, your legs tangled with his. You faintly hear the door knob to the apartment jingle as its unlocked but fall into sleeps embrace as the door opens and Sollux steps in silently.

~Sollux's POV~
Where the fuck ii2 (name) and why ii2 2he not up yet? Better que2tiion, where ii2 KK? II can 2en2e he2 here. II walk over two (names) room and open the door, revealiing KK and (name) wrapped iin each other, 2leepiing 2oundly. II chuckle and clo2e the door, headiing two my room two play 2ome viideo game2.

~Timeskip to a day later, you and Karkat are sitting at his hive, watching a rom-com, you on his lap~

~your POV~
"Kitkat.. Hey Kitkat!"

"WHAT?" Karkat looks down at you with a loving yet slightly annoyed look on his face.

"I love you~." You smile and rest your head on his shoulder, feeling his arms around your waist.

"IM FLUSHED FOR YOU." Karkat goes back to watching the movie and you giggle again, tracing patterns on his shirt. You hear a knock on the door and Karkat turns his head to the side so he doesn't yell in your ear.

"JUST FUCKING COME IN ALREADY." You hear the door open then close, and people rush in. You see Kanaya, Rose, Gamzee, Tavros, Terezi, Nepeta and Equius all standing in a group.

"FUCK WHY THE HELL ARE YOU ALL HERE?" Karkat pauses his movie and scowls angrily.

Nepeta squeals something about shipping and a wall then tugs on Equius' arm. Rose leans against Kanaya as Kanaya explains "Nepeta Informed Us That You And Karkat Were Matesprits, So A Few Of Us Came To  Congratulate You." You smile at Kanaya.

"ItS a MoThErFuCkInG mIrAcLe BrO!"

"yEAH,,, iTS UH,,, gREAT,,!"

"H33 H33, K4RKL3S 4CTU4LLY GOT 4 M4T3SPR1T!"

"That's very kind of you guys."

"YEAH, SO FUCKING KIND, NOW WILL YOU ALL LEAVE ALREADY? DAMN IT'S LIKE SOME FUCKED UP WRIGGLER PARTY. HOORAY KARKAT AND (NAME) ARE MATESPRITS, LETS GO BOTHER THEM FOR NO FUCKING REASON. GOG YOU ALL-" you slap your hand over Karkats mouth and giggle.

"Thanks for stopping by you guys!"
They take the hint and shuffle out, murmuring goodbyes as they leave.

Karkat sighs when the door closes and you two go back to watching the movie, though your more of focused  on teasing him than actually watching the movie. You nibble on his neck and he groans, arching his neck as he grips your waist. You giggle and kiss up his neck, across his jaw to his lips, capturing them in a kiss. Karkat purrs and deepens the kiss, his fingers threading through your hair. You two continue kissing and you kneed his horns, causing him to moan in pleasure against your mouth and purr loudly, his fingers slipping up underneath the hem of the baggy cancer sweater you took from him. Karkat pulls away and starts kissing your neck lightly, moving the neck of the sweater to show more skin. All Karkat had on was his jeans and a black t shirt with his sign on it. You kneed his horns more, starting at the base where they meet his head and trail up them, stroking the smooth surface as you make him cry out.

"AH F-FUCK (NAME). HOW THE HELL ARE YOU SO GOOD AT THAT?" Karkat grips your waist and smashes his lips against yours in a heated kiss, his purring getting louder as you continue to play with his horns, the sound of the movie playing on the screen totally forgotten.
